The Line to Success...

One of my (and Kay's) favourite comedians is Demetri Martin. His drawing of success is perfect.

Corset as Day Wear

Been kindof of obsessed and thinking about wearing a simple corset as a street wear/casual look. So I went to pinterest for some inspiration. They seem to go really well as a summer look paired with shorts.
I love that the first image is still incredibly girly and romantic (love those blush shorts and lace corset)  The last image is so chic! I think (especially as it's already autumn here) the blazer is the way to go to calm down the corset look!

Half Pint Creamer

I have no idea when I would use this but this is so cute! It's called Half Pint and it's little moulded glass for milk....It's totally...not practical...Simple, elegant, whimsical – it’s a gem de la crème!

DIY : Vintage Hair with Scarf

I'm always drawn to vintage pinup doll looks. I have no idea why... I love the front quiffs/rolls!
I'm gonna try and see if A. I can do this awesome vintage hair with scarf full stop and B. If I can even pull this look off.
Sorry I found this on pinterest and it didn't have a source link.

Concrete Designs

Found some cool designs incorporating concrete into everyday decor, giving a polished yet a hint of that raw industrial vibe I love. It's unexpectedly warm and ornate! Plus I love accessorising with grey!

Pleasant toys

While I love the toys that play music and interact with A (cos I can just leave her with her electronic babysitter for awhile), there is something pleasing about A playing with wooden toys.

I've noticed that the wooden toy car A got as a present is great quality and seems to withstand her bashing the life out of it.  It's by Janod, a french company.

Great design, quality and probably good for decorating after A is done - it has a second life!

And the wooden fruits might be good for subliminal messages about healthy eating...
